Medium Grain Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Thiamine (Thiamine Mononitrate) and Folic Acid.
Directions
To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. In a heavy saucepan, place two (2) cups of Goya rice, one (1) tablespoon of Goya Vegetable or Olive Oil or butter, one (1) teaspoon of salt and four (4) cups of water. While stirring, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer until water is absorbed.
